Just days after Netball NSW celebrated its 80th birthday, two of our finest netballers were celebrating the arrival of their beautiful babies after giving birth within 24 hours of each other.
NSW Swifts premiership winning player Selina Gilsenan was the first to give birth to a baby boy on Monday night (6 July). Yet to pick a name for her new arrival, both mother and baby are doing well.
Not long after, former Sydney Swifts defender Alison Broadbent gave birth to a healthy baby girl, Kate Alexandra on Tuesday night (7 July).
Netball NSW congratulates both Selina, Ali and their partners on the latest additions to their families.
