STUDENTS WITH A DISABILITY ENJOY SKILLS SESSION IN NEWCASTLE
As part of Hunter Sport and Recreation “Disability Sport a Month” program, Newcastle Netball Association with the support of staff from Netball NSW recently held a skills session for students with disabilities.
The basic netball skills session held on 4th April at Newcastle University, involved forty children with disabilities from Newcastle High School, Weston Public School and Floraville Primary School.
Under the guidance of Ellen Monaghan and Nance Dwyer from Newcastle Netball, Netball NSW Regional Coordinator Monique Smith and teachers/carers; the attending students took part in passing, catching and shooting skills before playing a game of netball.

2013 HUNTER REGIONAL STATE LEAGUE
As Associations prepare to begin their winter competitions over the next few weeks, the Hunter State League tournament has wrapped up over the weekend with six teams crowned 2013 Champions.
Charlestown Netball Association were the big winners, taking home Divisions One, Three and Five titles, while Newcastle finished with two Champions titles (Divisions Four and Six) and finishing Runners Up in Division One...read full article here

2013 HUNTER NETED
On Sunday 17 March, Singleton received a special visit when Netball NSW brought its NetED program to the Hunter region.

This online component is a requirement for accreditation and will reduce your time and costs for the Foundation course. The certificate awarded must be attached to your enrolment form.
